Moscow

Moscow – capital of Russia where the past and the future live side by side. Here we will find everything from medieval fortresses and Soviet monoliths to glass skyscrapers and innovation centers. Upon arrival in the afternoon, HOLIDAYPACK Tour Manager will guide all guests for airport formalities and proceed to the city. In the evening we enjoy the Great Russian Circus and admire the magnificent aerial performance of the acrobats.

St. Petersburg

Today we visit St. Isaac’s Cathedral - largest orthodox basilica in the world, with stunning Russian-Byzantine architecture and a fully gold plated dome. It serves as both a cathedral and museum today, Hermitage Museum - one of the largest artistic and cultural and historical museums in Russia and one of the largest in the world, with a collection of over 3 million items, Peter and Paul Fortress – Officially labelled as a ‘Museum of the History of the City’, is a unique fortification monument of XVIII-XIX centuries located on the small Hare island in the Neva River mouth, later we take a photo stop Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood – also known as the Church of the Resurrection. It was built in memory of AlexanderII who was assassinated in 1881 and is famous for its onion-shaped domes and colorful exterior, Statue of Peter the Great - known as the Bronze Horseman, is a tribute to the founder of St. Petersburg, followed by some free time for shopping. In the evening we enjoy a glittering performance of the classical ballet at Russian Ballet show.

Today we enjoy the scenic Neva River Boat Ride – we get to see top St Petersburg attractions that flank the Neva’s waters. In the evening we enjoy the Russian Folklore show – an exciting showcase of traditional Russian dance and song.

Moscow

Today we visit Red Square - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Followed by a photo stop at St. Basil's Cathedral – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an Orthodox church on the Red Square and Lenin’s Tomb – also known as Lenin's Mausoleum, is a mausoleum that currently serves as the resting place of Soviet leader Vladimir Lenin. Later we explore Moscow city, we see Kremlin Walls - a defensive wall that surrounds the Moscow Kremlin, recognizable by the characteristic notches and its Kremlin towers, Tzar's Bell – also known as the Royal Bell, is the largest bell in the world. The bronze bell is estimated to weigh between 200 and 216 tons, Tzar's Cannon – a large early mod-ern period artillery piece on display on the grounds of the Moscow Kremlin, Cathedral Square – also known as Sobornaya Square is the central square of the Moscow Kremlin where all of its streets used to converge in the 15th century, Bolshoix Theatre - a historic theatre, Palace of Congresses - a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is known as the State Kremlin Palace, Further we enjoy a Cable car ride to sparrow hills- Sparrow Hills is a hill on the right bank of the Moskva River and one of the highest points in Moscow. And then we go on a small journey by Metro train to see three marvelous railway stations of Moscow.

6. Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation

7. Any extra expense such as route change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc. incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour

8. Cost of insurance for 60 years and above

9. Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu

10. Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency

11. Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary

12. To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, visa fees to join/leave the group for joining and leaving guests

13. Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

 

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

 

 

  • 50 advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.
  • 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of departure date.
  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

  • 31 days or more before date of departure : 20% of total cost

  • 16 - 30 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost

  • 15 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
